All you need to know about ESI 2020:

  • What is ESI?

    • Enduro Student India is a college level student design competition wherein participating students are required to design, build and test and off-road buggy based on a rulebook. Since 2018, Enduro Student India has both combustion powered and electric categories.

  • WHAT RULEBOOK IS FOLLOWED BY ESI 2020?

    • ESI 2020 Rulebook is the one and only rulebook that will be followed at the competition. You can download the rulebook under Resources-> Downloads.

  • WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES ONE CAN ENTER IN ESI 2020?

    • For ESI 2020, one can enter for the complete event which is ESI 2020 through seeded/ standard/ scholarship/ late entry or ESI: Shootout Special which is a dynamic events only version of the competition wherein participating teams do not have to make any technical pre- event submissions or participate in the static events.   • WHAT ARE THE EVENT DATES FOR ESI 2020?

    • The event dates for ESI 2020 are 7th to 10th February, 2020.

  • WHAT IS THE EVENT VENUE FOR ESI 2020?

    • The venue for ESI 2020 remains unchanged from ESI 2019. It will be held in Talegaon, Pune.

  • WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEES FOR ESI 2020?

    • Different categories have different registration fees. For complete details regarding registration fees, please check out the Terms and Conditions section.

  • WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES?

    • After confirming your registration, we will send you a proforma invoice based on your category of registration. You need to make the payment through online transfer through NEFT, RTGS, Bank transfer, BHIM UPI, etc directly to our bank account details as given in the proforma invoice.

  • ARE THERE ANY SUBMISSIONS REQUIRED FOR ESI?

    • Yes and No. If you are registering for the complete event, yes, you would be required to make round the year submissions using the Submissions bar, through which we will be providing you with round the year feedback. In case you are registering for ESI Shootout Special, you would have to make NO pre-event technical submissions.

  • WHEN ARE THE DEADLINES FOR DIFFERENT SUBMISSIONS AS REQUIRED BY ESI?

    • You can check out the details for all submissions on the Submission page or Calendar under the primary navigation bar.

  • WHAT IS THE METHOD OF SUBMISSION?

    • We use google forms to take your submissions. Just head on to your particular powertrain category under the Submissions tab, scroll down till you find the submission you are looking for and click on it which will redirect you to the form for submitting the required documents. In case of no response upon clicking the submission button, it maybe the case that the deadline is too far away and the submission link has not been made active yet.

  • HOW DO I GET FEEDBACK ON THE SUBMISSIONS MADE?

    • You can track submissions under the Submission Status tab. After making a submission, please give us 2-3 working days to update the details of your submission.

  • DO I NEED TO SUBMIT FINAL TEAM LIST AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION?

    • No, you only need to submit a final team list with all members by 15th January, 2020 through the submission portal.

  • I HAVE A TECHNICAL QUERY, HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

    • Use the Contact Us page to get in touch with us. In case of a Technical Query, fill up the google form by clicking on the link and we will get back to you within 3-4 working days.
